El proyecto est\u00e1 cofinanciado por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional a trav\u00e9s del Programa de Interreg Atlantic Area.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n inicial, los l\u00edderes de cada paquete de trabajo (WP) hicieron una presentaci\u00f3n sobre los objetivos, las acciones y los resultados esperados para cada paquete de trabajo (WP). Del mismo modo, se definieron los siguientes pasos para cada acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Todas estas actividades tienen como objetivo alcanzar los objetivos definidos en el proyecto como agregar valor al producto de cefal\u00f3podos, nuevas iniciativas de mercado, mejorar el conocimiento de la cadena de valor y los h\u00e1bitos alimentarios, y garantizar la sostenibilidad de las actividades pesqueras de los cefal\u00f3podos.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto ser\u00e1 beneficioso para toda la regi\u00f3n europea ya que los pa\u00edses del norte de Europa pueden presentar nuevos productos gastron\u00f3micos, y los pa\u00edses del sur de Europa pueden atraer a nuevos turistas gastron\u00f3micos basados \u200b\u200ben estos productos.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, los pescadores del \u00e1rea atl\u00e1ntica europea tendr\u00e1n un mercado m\u00e1s amplio para la captura de cefal\u00f3podos y un mejor conocimiento de la sostenibilidad de las pesquer\u00edas de cefal\u00f3podos.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n se celebrar\u00e1 en Vigo en julio de 2018, en los d\u00edas previos a Vigo Sea Fest, que ser\u00e1 visitada por los socios del proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-289\" src=\"https:\/\/www.cephsandchefs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cephsandchefs-kick-off-meeting-Galway-02-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.cephsandchefs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cephsandchefs-kick-off-meeting-Galway-02.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.cephsandchefs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cephsandchefs-kick-off-meeting-Galway-02-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.cephsandchefs.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/cephsandchefs-kick-off-meeting-Galway-02-768x576.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El 18 de diciembre de 2017 tuvo lugar en Galway la primera reuni\u00f3n del proyecto organizada por la NUIG (Universidad Nacional de Irlanda en Galway).
