Cephs and Chefs, a trav\u00e9s de la Cooperativa de Armadores de Pesca del Puerto de Vigo (ARVI), socia del mismo y l\u00edder del paquete de trabajo de comunicaci\u00f3n, aportar\u00e1 pota y pulpo cabezudo para el desarrollo de jornadas gastron\u00f3micas de degustaci\u00f3n de cefal\u00f3podos que se desarrollar\u00e1n el pr\u00f3ximo fin de semana en Vigo.<\/p>\n

Pulpo cabezudo y pota ser\u00e1n los protagonistas de los tres d\u00edas que durar\u00e1 la iniciativa del proyecto de promoci\u00f3n de especies de la Organizaci\u00f3n de Productores de Pesca Fresca del Puerto de Vigo a trav\u00e9s del grupo de cocina Vigo Sea Chefs. Estas dos especies son pescadas por la flota de Gran Sol de Espa\u00f1a, Francia, Irlanda y el Reino Unido, principal suministradora de producto al proyecto Cephs and Chefs, y ser\u00e1n preparadas por los cocineros de los restaurantes integrados en el grupo Vigo Sea Chefs.<\/p>\n

Los restaurantes participantes ofrecer\u00e1n al p\u00fablico una tapa elaborada con cada \u00a0una de las dos especies durante los d\u00edas 16, 17 y 18 de noviembre en su horario habitual. En los mismos se encontrar\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n sobre el proyecto Cephs and Chefs, como parte de la comunicaci\u00f3n del proyecto. Con posterioridad se publicar\u00e1n las recetas elaboradas en estas jornadas gastron\u00f3micas en la web del proyecto. Los restaurantes son La Carpinter\u00eda, La Central, La Trastienda del Cuatro, Lume de Carozo, Mar\u00eda Manuela, Mijo minibar, Ni\u00f1o Corvo, Pintxoteca Mar <\/em>and The Othilio Bar<\/em>, todos localizados en Vigo.<\/p>\n

El proyecto Cephs and Chefs tiene como objetivo desarrollar nuevos mercados y productos basados en cefal\u00f3podos (calamares, pulpos, sepias), aumentar la rentabilidad de la cadena de valor y ayudar a que los pescadores sean m\u00e1s competitivos en el \u00c1rea Atl\u00e1ntica, al tiempo que asegura una pesca sostenible.<\/p>\n
