Este evento, dirigido a periodistas y bloggers de alimentos, incluy\u00f3 una presentaci\u00f3n sobre la \u00ab11\u00aa Quinzena Gastron\u00f3mica do Polvo da Lourinh\u00e3\u00bb por parte del concejal de la ciudad Jo\u00e3o Serra (Ayuntamiento de Lourinh\u00e3), una presentaci\u00f3n sobre el valor nutricional del pulpo com\u00fan y el desarrollo de nuevos productos de cefal\u00f3podos de Amparo Gon\u00e7alves (IPMA) y una presentaci\u00f3n sobre la sostenibilidad del pulpo com\u00fan y la prospecci\u00f3n de nuevos mercados y productos de cefal\u00f3podos de S\u00edlvia Monteiro y F\u00e1bio Matos (UAVR). La participaci\u00f3n en este evento fue el resultado de la colaboraci\u00f3n establecida entre la UAVR y el Ayuntamiento de Lourinh\u00e3 (organizadores de la \u00ab11\u00aa Quinzena Gastron\u00f3mica do Polvo da Lourinh\u00e3\u00bb), con el objetivo de informar a los consumidores sobre la sostenibilidad del pulpo com\u00fan y, al mismo tiempo, entender la aceptaci\u00f3n del
