Este evento \u2013dirigido a jornalistas e food bloggers- inclui a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da Quinzena Gastron\u00f3mica do Polvo da Lourinha, feita pelo vereador Jo\u00e3o Serra (C\u00e2mara Municipal da Lourinh\u00e3), a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o valor nutricional do polvo comum e o desenvolvimento de novos produtos de cefal\u00f3podes por Amparo Gon\u00e7alves (IPMA) e a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o sobre sustentabilidade do polvo comum e prospe\u00e7\u00e3o de novos mercados e produtos por S\u00edlvia Monteiro e F\u00e1bio Matos (UAVR). A participa\u00e7\u00e3o neste evento resulta da colabora\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida entre a UAVR e a C\u00e2mara Municipal da Lourinh\u00e3 (organizadores da \u201c11\u00aa Quinzena Gastron\u00f3mica do Polvo da Lourinh\u00e3\u201d), com interesse em informar os consumidores sobre a sustentabilidade do polvo comum e, ao mesmo tempo, perceber a aceita\u00e7\u00e3o de novas formas de
